Karekteristik Kebolehpasaran Graduan: Perbezaan Antara Gaya Perapatan, Autonomi, Regulasi Emosi Dan Resiliensi Dengan Anak Mangsa Penceraian Ibubapa

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the differences in graduate employability characteristics: attachment style, autonomy, emotional regulation and resilience with parental divorce. The research design is a survey and quantitative study using existing questionnaire research instruments through reverse translation. In this study, the measurement of the reliability of the questionnaire and the analysis of the study findings using the Statistical Packages for The Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 27 program with independent sample t-test analysis. The study sample was a total of 285 respondents consisting of final year Vocational Diploma students in the State of Johor, Malaysia. The findings of the study found that there is a significant difference between attachment style with a significant value of p<0.05, there is a significant difference between autonomy and parental marital status, p<005, there is a significant difference between emotional regulation and parental marital status, p<0.05 and there is a significant difference in resilience with parents' marital status, p<0.05. The implications of this study are expected to provide knowledge about the importance of family function in shaping the marketability characteristics of vocational college graduates.
