Abstract
The design and measured results of a Ka-Band (26-40 GHz band) power amplifiers (PA) are introduced and discussed. Ka-band PAs are intended for military purposes. With PAs frequently being the primary focus in a communication system, Ka-band power amplifier applications will become more prominent in the near future. (6 pages)
