Abstract

A high-resolution HPGe detector was used to determine theK-capture probabilities in the decay of152Eu. ThePK values leading to 1529 keV, 1233 keV, 1085 keV levels in the daughter nucleus were determined by the sum peak method. ThePK value leading to the level at 1085 keV is determined for the first time.PL values for the three levels are deduced using the present experimentalPK values and theoreticalPL/PK ratios. The dependence ofPK values on theQ value is also tested.
