Abstract
Various subungual tumours that can cause nail deformities in children, in which juvenile xanthogranuloma (JXG) is rare. We showed an image of a chronic subungual mass in a child, finally diagnosed with JXG according to the histopathology. The case warns us that if a nail deformity with a yellow discolouration is observed in a young child, subungual JXG should be considered as a differential diagnosis.
