Abstract

This eyewitness interpretation compares the roundtable gathering with an individual mind and its participants with self-states, exploring in particular the experience of interior voices. In response to a question of Karen Hopenwasser’s (this issue) in her epilogue, I consider the fact that not focusing on deciphering patients and their histories seems to aid me in approaching them with as many of my own self-states as possible.
