Abstract

Comments on consultation paper published in December 2012 by UK Ministry of Justice concerning possible changes to judicial review. Argues that the Government's position is misconceived, in that it fails to appreciate the constitutional role and place of judicial review with respect to key constitutional principles such as the rule of law and the separation of powers.
