Abstract
In order to provide access to the new underground Waterloo Station on the Jubilee Line Extension Project, extensive alterations have been made to the existing Railtrack mainline terminus, under Cab Road immediately adjacent to the main concourse building. This paper describes how these alterations were made, with particular reference to the unusual construction techniques used and the extensive temporary works required. (A)
