Abstract

Job satisfaction is the fulfilment that an individual derives from employment. The main objective of this study is to assess job satisfaction among teaching and non-teaching staff of Sherubtse College. A quantitative study was conducted to determine job satisfaction. Primary data was collected through random sampling from a total of 39 teaching and 29 non-teaching staff. Out of 68 respondents, 92.6 percent were deemed satisfied, while 7.4 percent expressed dissatisfaction with their current employment status. Data entry and analysis were performed using tests and computations in Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS).
