Ushbu maqolaqda jismoniy yuklama to‘g‘risida umumiy tushuncha va jismoniy mashqlar yuklamasining pedagogik xususiyatlari yuzasidan faktlar keltirilgan. Shuningdek, shug‘ullanuvchilar organizmiga jismoniy yuklamalarning ta’siri, charchash, toliqish kabi tushunchalarni hozirgi kunda trenorovka mashg‘ulotlarida qo‘llash atroflicha yoritilgan.
