AbstractRetail ‐ Miscellaneous (MIC: 5.11 SIC: 5912 NAIC:446110)Jean Coutu Group is engaged in the distribution and retail sales of pharmaceutical and para‐pharmaceutical products. Co.'s franchise network is based mainly in Quebec. As of Nov 30 2003, Co.'s Canadian network was comprised of 275 PJC outlets, 42 PJC Clinic and 2 PJC Santé Beauté, all franchised, in Quebec, New Brunswick and Ontario. In the U.S., Co. also owns and operates 332 Brooks Pharmacy outlets in six northeastern states.
