Abstract
Adhesion evaluation method of laminated material using scattering parameter for ultrasonic waves was proposed. Glass blocks were laminated and reflection coefficient (S_<11>) for the ultrasonic waves of swept frequency was measured. As a results, when diameter of the adhesive area was more than 8 mm, ultrasonic waves could be transmitted into the second glass block. Therefore, a possibility of adhesive evaluation of laminated material using our method was demonstrated.
