Abstract

In the last two decades, and especially in recent years, relations between Baku and Jerusalem have intensified, despite the fact that Iran, one of Azerbaijan’s most powerful neighbors, is opposed to the strategic partnership that has evolved between the two countries. Of late, Ankara also has expressed misgivings and has exerted pressure on Baku to cool its relations with Jerusalem despite its earlier support for this relationship.
