Abstract
Seventy Streptomyces isolates were obtained from the Rhizosphere and soil of greenhouse and their antagonistic activities against Fusarium subglutinans in dual culture test was studied. Two isolates had antagonistic activities against F. subglutinans. These isolates were tested for determining the antagonistic mechanism effects of extracellular metabolites (such as amylase, protease and lipase). The results exhibited that two isolates of Streptomyces sp. C-11 and C-26 have the ability to produce enzymes, such as amylase, protease and lipase, in vitro.
