Abstract
Stoichiometric ratios and solubility products were determined for medicinal substance–tetraphenyl borate ion pairs. The influence of the nature of the medicinal substance cation incorporated into ionophores and the effect of the solvent–plasticizer on analytical characteristics were studied. The optimal composition of membranes was determined. Ion selective electrodes were used for the potentiometric determination of dimedrol, papaverine, novocaine, and lidocaine in medicinal forms.
