Abstract

Fabrication processes and superconducting properties of two types of oxide superconductors, perovskite-type BaPb1-xBixO3 (BPB) and spinel-type Li1+xTi2-xO4 (LTO), are described. A new concept of Josephson junction device, namely Boundary Layer Josephson Junctions (B.L.J.J.), is introduced. It is shown that both superconductors have a potentiality for Josephson junctions.
