Abstract
In recent years, Shengli Oilfield continues to expand its international market for the aim of comprehensive, sustainable and high-quality development. This paper established an investment attractiveness evaluation index system (including 3 categories, 12 indicators) for the international markets and made a quantified evaluation of environmental risk in the five target markets including Middle East, Central Asia, North Africa, America and Southeast Asia. Based on the value of the investment attractiveness evaluation, this paper ranked the five target international markets and gives some further investment advices considering the current international strategy of Shengli Oilfield.
