Abstract

Objective To explore the characters of life events among college students in Guangzhou, and to provide scientific evidences for mental health education on college students. Methods 2 319 college students of 4 universities in Guangzhou were administered by Adolescent Self-rating Life EventsChecklist(ASLEC). Results 6 factors of life events were in order by level of influence: learning pressure, interpersonal connection, health adaptation, loss factor, other factors, punishment factor. Conclusions To improve the quality of education, we should understand and attach importance to the characteristics of college students life stressors.
