Abstract
This paper reports the experimental data obtained on the chemical composition of homogeneous carbon films codeposited with deuterium in the T-10 tokamak, the deuterium distribution over the thickness of the films, and the dependence of the ratio between the atomic concentrations of deuterium and carbon (D/C) on the annealing temperature. The experimental data obtained are compared with the results of similar investigations of carbon-hydrogen films formed in the TFTR tokamak.
