Abstract

The present study aimed to evaluate the relationship between corporate entrepreneurial components and customer performance in selected branches of Eghtesad Novin Bank. This was a descriptive and correlational study. The statistical population consisted of 113 employees in selected branches of Eghtesad Novin Bank. The sample size was calculated as 88 employees using Cochran formula. The participants were randomly selected. In this study, library and field studies as well as two standard questionnaires were used to collect data. The first questionnaire was relevant to corporate entrepreneurship developed by Barringer and Bluedorn. The second questionnaire was related to performance developed by Kaplan and Norton. Validities of the questionnaires were confirmed. Reliabilities of the questionnaires were calculated as 0.906 and 0.908 respectively for corporate entrepreneurship and customer performance using Cronbach’s alpha. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used for data normality. Then, Pearson correlation and regression coefficients were calculated. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between corporate entrepreneurial components and customer performance in selected branches of Eghtesad Novin Bank.
