Abstract

Purpose At present, many hospitals in the hospital surgery drugs by the anesthesia full-time nurses responsible for surgical drug management, there are security risks and risks. In view of this situation, to explore the establishment of surgical pharmacy, analysis of two surgical drug management model. Methods A total of 282 cases of conventional surgical drug management system were used as the control group in 2015. 31 cases of surgical management system of surgical pharmacy were set up in the operating room in 2016 as the observation group. Nursing defects, satisfaction and operation of the two groups were analyzed Time for statistical analysis. Results The incidence of drug care defects in the observation group was 0.48%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (4.3%, p <; 0.05). The satisfaction rate of the surgeon and anesthetist was 97.3%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (p <; 0.05). In the observation group, the average time of delivery was significantly lower than that in the control group by 135.7%. Conclusion The establishment of surgical pharmacy can reduce the incidence of nursing defects, shorten the delivery time of surgical drugs, improve the satisfaction of surgeons and anesthetists, and improve the working efficiency.
