Abstract

Osteochondroma is the most common benign bone tumor. The long tubular bones are commonly affected, including the proximal humerus and distal radius. A solitary lesion about the elbow is rare, and from review of the literature, no author has ever reported an intraarticular location as a site of an osteochondroma in the distal humerus:5. 8 We report the case of an intraarticular osteochondroma of the elbow without characteristic radiological appearance that caused progressive elbow ankylosis.
