Abstract

The concept of the existence of nonpolar and low-polarity aprotic organic nonelectrolytes predominantly in the state of rotational motion in the liquid phase was used to show that the thermodynamic similarity numbers of several normal alkanes were interrelated with their molecular weights multiplied by the Wiener topological index raised to a power of 2/3.
