Abstract
目的 探讨记忆合金骑缝钉治疗严重移位的儿童肱骨外科颈骨折的可行性及临床效果.方法 2006年4月至2008年10月共收治14例儿童难复性肱骨外科颈骨折患者,男8例,女6例;年龄5～16岁,平均10.6岁.骨折部位:均在肱骨近端骺板之下 1.0～3.0 cm.内收移位5例,完全前后移位3例,外展移位6例,均为闭合性骨折.受伤至手术时间为24 h～1周(平均48 h).均采用镍钛记忆合金骑缝钉固定治疗.结果 14例患者术后获6～18个月(平均10个月)随访.骨折愈合时间为5～7周,平均5.6周.肩关节功能采用Constant-Murley绝对值评分方法评定:优11例,良2例,可1例,优良率为92.9%.结论 骑缝钉内固定能充分对抗骨断端间的剪切、旋转及弯曲应力,具有操作简便、固定可靠、能早期行关节功能锻炼等优点。
