Abstract
The paper presents the detailed description and analysis of the state-of-the-art and the key issues of scientific and technical decision-making efficiency assessment. In the introduction, specific features of science and innovation development in Russia as well as the main problems in scientific and technical solutions efficiency assessment are considered. The authors present structural and algorithmic models of decision-making system for scientific and technical solutions efficiency assessment, based on fuzzy inference methodology. As a case study, the fuzzy inference structure is presented for intellectual property criteria.
