Teletherapy and iCBT provide immersive, flexible therapy experiences. RecommendationsAI-based tools can be used by individuals, caregivers, professionals, and clinics to offer self-directed therapy, monitor progress, and expand access in underserved areas. ConclusionAI and digital platforms provide scalable, efficient mental health solutions, though ethical challenges like bias and transparency remain.
