Abstract
Artificial Intelligence and its subdivision, Machine Learning pose the question of the effective incorporation of intelligent technology into supply chain and marketing functions. Controlling these constraints and achieving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in handling the rise in data volumes require a deeper understanding of AI and ML's bi-end applications in these essential areas and displays how both can be implemented explicitly in decreasing processes, assigning resources efficiently and obtaining comprehensive analytical results. The learning process is supported by the real examples of AI and ML application in demand forecasting, intelligent inventory management, logistics systems, personalized marketing, and the analysis of customers' behavior. Thus, by outlining how these technologies can be integrated strategically within a business, this chapter seeks to help organisations to innovate and sustain competitive advantage in the ever-evolving sphere of supply chain and marketing.
