Abstract

This paper proposes a new designing of integrated developed-controller strategy (IDCS) based on non-inverting interleaved DC-DC converter. Conventionally, the typical DC-DC converter is not seen as suitable dynamic solution for high power density of converter. Because, by increasing the power of converter the value of element is must be increased, proportionally increased value of hardware element of converter. Also, since large value of parameters will have more the losses element and current ripple especially. In order to maintain the dynamic performance considering effect of inductor current ripple, parasitic elements and high power density of converter the non-inverting interleaved DC-DC (INDC) converter with IDCS is proposed. As a result, the IDCS is synchronized the parallel modes operations which provided balancing currents among the stages. Moreover, the proposed controller can provided fast dynamic response; reduce the total current ripple and accurately regulation output voltage from variation DC source. Finally, to evaluate of the proposed method, the NIDC converter of 30kW test bench is provided and the controllers method based on DSP TMS320F28335 is implemented.
