Abstract
The applications of inorganic phase change materials (PCMs) in building energy saving have been investigated within the past decades. In this paper, the contents of operative principles of applying inorganic PCMs in buildings, incorporation methods, and its applications in building energy saving in the fields of PCM wallboards, floors, and roofs and so on were summarized in details. Finally, some problems and new trends in the future are also discussed.
