Within the traditional era, public libraries were used to gain knowledge and enhance the user's intellect and access to books. In the digital era, these libraries have lost their true essence. However, social media strategies have aimed to revive and maintain the influence of public libraries on diverse communities. Hence, the current research aims to investigate public libraries' marketing strategies in the digital era. The research adopted a mixed-method research design, conducted from January 2023 to December 2023, to implement quantitative and qualitative assessments, including 650 participants selected through purposive sampling, to assess the individuals' perspectives on implementing marketing strategies in public libraries within the digital era. Moreover, the research conducted eight in-depth interviews with 20 library professionals to accentuate the perceptions, attitudes, and experiences of library professionals when implementing marketing strategies in public libraries within the digital era. Case studies on specific libraries were conducted to assess the importance of social media and the digital presence of libraries. The research findings manifest. Public libraries should develop innovative strategies to maximize their marketing potential in the digital era. However, such advancements and efficiencies in using social media platforms will provide a better online reputation for public libraries while replenishing their need within the community.

The digital era has brought significant changes to marketing strategies, particularly in the culinary sector. The use of social media has become a key factor in introducing products, building brand image, and increasing sales. This study aims to analyze the role of content creators in developing culinary businesses in Palembang through the implementation of viral marketing and personal branding strategies. This research employed a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with business owners and content creators, observation of promotional activities on social media, and documentation of published content. The findings reveal that content creators play an important role in expanding market reach, increasing brand awareness, shaping positive perceptions, and fostering greater audience engagement. The applied viral marketing strategies successfully triggered interactions, built trust, and influenced consumers’ purchasing decisions. Furthermore, social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube proved effective as promotional tools with wide reach and relatively low cost compared to conventional advertising. These findings indicate that the involvement of content creators can be a driving factor in enhancing the competitiveness of culinary MSMEs, especially for business owners with limited promotional resources. In conclusion, creative, well-planned, and consistent digital strategy management can have a significant positive impact on business growth

In today’s digital era, social media marketing has become one of the most impactful and cost-effective strategies for businesses aiming to build brand awareness and drive consumer engagement. With minimal investment, businesses can reach large audiences, enhance conversion rates, and gain valuable insights into consumer preferences. This study explores the influence of social media marketing on consumer decision-making and behavior, especially among users who are actively engaged on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in developing and advancing the national economy. One step that can be taken to improve MSME marketing is through implementing a digital marketing strategy. UMKM Bumay Kacbaw Jaya, which is located on Jl. Kalikepiting Jaya IX No.8, Surabaya, East Java, is currently not using e-commerce as a marketing medium for its products due to limited resources in managing social media and digital platforms. As a result of the internship activities, various initiatives have been taken, such as creating product mockup designs, catalog photos, TikTok content, creating e-commerce accounts, and holding digital marketing seminars at Kaza Mall, Surabaya, East Java, which were attended by several MSMEs in Surabaya . The aim of this journal is to analyze the role and urgency of social media branding in efforts to socialize digital marketing for MSMEs. Digital marketing through social media platforms is now a very effective tool for MSMEs to increase exposure, develop their brand and attract new customers. In this research, we applied a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews with 10 MSME owners who have adopted social media branding in their marketing strategy. In its conclusion, this research emphasizes the importance of social media branding as an effective digital marketing strategy for Bumay Kacbaw Jaya MSMEs. Social media branding helps MSMEs increase their exposure and competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market. Therefore, we recommend that MSMEs consider the use of social media branding as a key element in their marketing strategy. This needs to be done by paying attention to relevant and interesting content, as well as maintaining consistent management. With the right adoption, social media branding can become a valuable resource for MSMEs to overcome challenges and take advantage of opportunities in this digital era.

The printing industry has undergone significant transformation due to digital technology and changes in consumer behavior. CV. Haikommikom, a printing company, faces challenges in improving the quality of graphic design services and expanding its market. This research aims to analyze the influence of innovative marketing communication strategies on the improvement of graphic design service quality at CV. Haikommikom and evaluate customer perceptions of these service changes. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews and participatory observation. The results show that the implementation of marketing strategies through social media, personalized services with data analytics, and the use of advanced design technologies such as CorelDRAW and Photoshop significantly increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Innovative marketing communication strategies have proven effective in improving the quality of graphic design services at CV. Haikommikom. The implementation of technology and personalized services not only increases customer satisfaction but also strengthens the company's position in the printing and graphic design industry. This finding underscores the importance of adapting technology and customer-focused marketing strategies to maintain competitiveness in the digital era.

This research article aims to investigate the sentiment of Medium and Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) towards digital marketing using machine learning algorithms. In the growing digital era, digital marketing has become a key element in the marketing strategy of MSMEs. While digital marketing is pivotal for MSME growth in the digital era, there is a notable gap in understanding MSMEs’ attitudes and adoption challenges. This research uses sentiment analysis methods with machine learning algorithms to analyze data from various sources, including social media, online reviews, and surveys. The results of this study are expected to provide deep insights into how MSME players perceive and view digital marketing, whether positively or negatively, as well as what factors influence their views. The findings can serve as an important foundation for the development of more effective and sustainable marketing strategies for MSMEs in the face of challenges and opportunities in the digital era. The application of machine learning for nuanced sentiment analysis in MSME digital marketing offers valuable insights to refine marketing strategies and foster sustainable digital growth for small businesses.

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly influenced marketing strategies in various fields, including education. Equivalency education programs, which provide opportunities for individuals to attain education equivalent to formal schooling, must adopt effective digital marketing strategies to reach wider audiences and increase enrollment. This research aims to explore how digital marketing strategies are implemented in equivalency education programs and evaluate their effectiveness in promoting these programs. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, gathering data through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews with key informants managing equivalency education programs. The digital marketing strategy involves several stages, including situation analysis, digital marketing planning, goal setting, strategy creation, execution, budget preparation, and marketing evaluation. The implementation primarily uses print media, websites, and social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business. The analysis shows that digital marketing, particularly through social media platforms, has proven to be highly effective in promoting equivalency education programs. Digital marketing strategies play a crucial role in increasing the visibility and appeal of equivalency education programs. Social media, particularly Instagram and WhatsApp Business, are identified as the most impactful tools for reaching the target audience. This study highlights the specific stages and tools that make digital marketing particularly effective in the context of equivalency education programs, offering insights into best practices for other educational institutions looking to enhance their promotional efforts.

Tax preparation businesses are crucial in helping individuals and companies understand and comply with complex tax regulations. However, tax preparation businesses need to adopt relevant and innovative marketing strategies in the digital era and with increasing competition. This research aims to explore and analyze the implementation of effective marketing strategies in the context of tax preparation business. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that implementing marketing strategies in the tax preparation business positively impacts increasing brand presence, attracting new customers, and achieving business growth. Using a combination of digital and offline marketing strategies, including content marketing and an active presence on social media, has proven effective in reaching a wider audience. SMART goal setting and KPI measurement help measure marketing campaigns' success, while data analysis through tools like Google Analytics provides valuable insights into customer behavior and market trends. Furthermore, calculating return on investment (ROI) allows businesses to allocate budgets efficiently, identify the most effective marketing channels, and improve the sustainability of growth.

The digital era has transformed marketing strategies in various industries, including culinary. This research examines the implementation of digital marketing strategies in selling heavy food by STIKES Santa Elisabeth Medan students as part of entrepreneurial practice. Involving 7 students who run an online culinary business for one day. Data is obtained through sales performance analysis. The results show that the use of social media and e-commerce websites increases market reach by 50% and sales by 35% compared to conventional methods. Personalized and interactive content strategies have proven to be the most effective, with engagement rates averaging 20% ​​higher. Key challenges include consistent management of digital platforms and adaptation to social media algorithms. Students also face difficulties in time management between studies and business. And also students who are carrying out activities also experience significant improvements in digital marketing and online business management skills. In conclusion, digital marketing provides great opportunities for students to develop entrepreneurial skills and improve culinary business performance. This research provides insight into effective digital marketing strategies for small-scale food businesses and can be a reference for entrepreneurship programs in universities

In the 21st century - the era of digitization, quick and unpredictable changes have included marketing as a social and management process. Namely, it is about the transformation of the traditional into a digital form of marketing (Marketing 4.0). Although traditional marketing strategies are still used to achieve business goals, it seems that in the world of technology, presence and advertising on the Internet (digital marketing) is a requirement and consequently a guarantee of efficient and effective results. In this respect, the subject of this paper is the analysis of the consequences of digitalization on the marketing process, with special reference to their connection and mutual conditioning. The aim of this paper is to point out the possibilities, techniques, and advantages of the use of digital marketing, including an analysis of the changes that characterize the mentioned sector in the Republic of Serbia. This paper begins with a basic hypothesis that the application of digital technologies in marketing is not only an available opportunity and a question of choosing "yes or no", but a necessity in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and thus in achieving recognition and competitive advantage in the market.

The rapid development of digital technology and the internet has had a significant impact on marketing, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Digital marketing is a more promising option because it allows potential customers to get complete information about products and make transactions online. Although it is still considered less important by the players, this is due to the need for specialized skills related to mastering information technology in order to reach a larger target market. Previously, the sale of Makaroni New Asep required consumers to come directly to see the products they wanted to buy. The purpose of this research is to provide an understanding to the owner of Makaroni New Asep Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) regarding the implementation of digital marketing strategies. In an effort to provide guidance to Makaroni New Asep Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) regarding the application of Digital Marketing as a product marketing strategy, this activity involves several stages, including: (1) introduction to the use of social media; (2) introduction to the marketplace platform; and (3) the process of receiving orders and shipping goods. The results of this service show that New Asep Macaroni MSMEs now have a significant presence on social media and the marketplace. MSME owners also gained a better understanding of digital marketing and managed social media and marketplace platforms effectively. Thus, this community service contributes to increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in facing the digital marketing era.

Digital marketing considered as an alternative of marketing strategies in the digital era since the technology has developed rapidly. This study aims to present a bibliographic as well as a bibliometric review regarding to the emerging tendency of digital marketing. A bibliometric analysis used to conduct this research involving performance analysis, science mapping, and network analysis. A few of software such as VOSviewer and Publish or Perish (PoP) utilized in analyzing the document which published during 2011 to 2022 from the Scopus database. The results of this study showed that in the period 2011 – 2022, there were 43 publications and 336 citations regarding the digital marketing, however the development of publications and citations roundly fluctuated. Hereinafter, mostly, some marketing strategies such as e-marketing and b2b marketing were usually used in the digital era. Nowadays, generally, social media and internet had been utilized widely in the business field. It proves that social media and internet extremely help the entrepreneur in conducting the digital marketing. In addition, tourism was one of the business fields employing the digital marketing to advertise the tourism service. Also, qualitative research was the methodology trend employed in carrying out the research regarding the digital marketing.
