Les stratégies d’innovation se jouent autant dans l’adaptation des produits aux lois de la concurrence que dans la proposition de nouvelles architectures de valeur qui transforment les modèles d’affaires. L’audace dans les coopérations externes et la mise en relation de connaissances disjointes constituent le fondement de ces stratégies.
