Abstract

金属炭化物12種,窒化物11種および硫化物7種の合わせて30種の無機物質の赤外吸収スペクトルを測定し,その分析への応用性について検討した.試料調製は臭化カリウム錠剤法により,測定は1400~400cm-1(約7~25μ)の波数(波長)範囲で行なった.その結果,Al4C3,B4Cの炭化物,AlN,BN,Si3N4,WNの窒化物およびAl2S3,FeS2,MnS,NiS,PbSの硫化物に特性吸収が認められた.特に窒化ホウ素はきわめて感度がよく,臭化カリウム300mgに対して2~3μgでも検出できることがわかった.
