Abstract

Requirements for vehicles to limit the permissible axle load are increasing and are being monitored more with automatic detecting devices. In this regard, in some types of road train layouts, there are risks of exceeding the standard values of axle loads. One of such combinations of road trains are vehicles with trailers with rigid drawbars. This article discusses the distribution of the load on road trains with trailers with a rigid drawbar, a model is presented that allows uniform loading of the road train.
