Abstract

The influence factors of gas extraction effect and residual gas content after bedding drainage on working face were uncertain, leading to the judge standard of gas extraction effect was not in conformity with the actual extraction situation. The influence zones of gas extraction were divided, according to the goaf and coal pillar of protective layer, including the tectonic belt of working face. The gas extraction parameters and residual gas content were tested, and the gas extraction effect and residual gas content distribution under different influence factors was studied by using Surfer software. The results showed that the concentrated stress under coal pillar made the gas extraction effect reduced greatly. Both the goaf and structural belt had relieving pressure effect on the C7+8 coal seam, but the gas extraction effect was better in the area dominated by the relieved pressure of goaf, while the gas extraction effect was worse in the area dominated by the relieved pressure of structural belt. From large to small, the residual gas content distribution in Area III was greater than that in Area II, greater than that in Area V, greater than that in Area I, greater than that in Area IV.
