Abstract

Incyclotorsion and excyclotorsion may inhibit motor fusion in strabismus patients with resultant intractable diplopia. Inferior oblique (IO) advancement surgery has previously been described in the management of incyclotorsion following macular translocation surgery for macular degeneration but has not been previously described in the management of non-translocation patients.
