Abstract

Purpose: Development of obliterative airway disease in murine tracheal allografts is a suitable model for studying the pathogenesis of bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome after human lung transplantation. In this study, we used two congenic mouse strains which differs at the H13 locus that produces two H2Db-restricted minor histocompatibility antigens named SVL9 (H13a, SSVVGVWYL) and SIL9 (H13b, SSVIGVWYL).
