Incompetence, drug diversion or pain management? Trying to draw the line.

For several years, I have been reviewing cases submitted to me by insurance companies, which want to know if the treatments utilized are within the accepted standard of care. I get a modest fee for these reviews, but my main reason for accepting the work is that I usually enjoy doing it.
