Abstract
SAN DIEGO — “There are always going to be resources for unemployed people. But where are the resources for those people who make minimum wage, or just above minimum wage? In San Diego, that's not going to take you far,” said Alastair Penny, Senior Manager at the San Diego Workforce Partnership. One such resource to help educate more of your community might be to invest in, or partner with, an organization that offers an income share agreement for college education.
