Abstract

The article discusses the range of services provided by the Pension Fund of Ukraine through the web portal for pensioners, insured persons and policyholders. The essence and necessity of creating a barrier-free space for the provision of services in government bodies is substantiated. It is noted that barrier-freeness is a concept that applies to absolutely all spheres of life. This is not only physical barrier-free space and buildings, but also barrier-free services, information, services and goods.
 The importance of digitization of services in the field of pension provision is revealed, which, among other things, helps to overcome the human factor, queues and corruption. Receiving services in digital format on the web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine is convenient and safe. Digitization of services based on the use of information and communication technologies contributes to increasing the efficiency, openness, barrier-freeness, transparency of the activities of state authorities at all levels and contributes to the formation of a new type of state focused on meeting the needs and requests of citizens.
