Abstract
In this study, the prosthetic hand design that can be made from polylactic (PLA) controlled by means of a glove for the flexible sensors wirelessly from a distance is a low-cost process and that has already been achieved. The design was created based on an Arduino microcontroller, flexibility sensors, and a modern wireless communication unit that covers a far distance so that hand gestures in the glove transmit the signal to the prosthetic hand and operate the servo motors. Therefore, these motors can move the fingers and imitate the movements of the human hand in real-time with very high speed and accuracy. The system has been developed and improved by using the sensor shield (servo- motor driver) to increase the efficiency of complete control over each motor separately in terms of providing it with the required power taken from the power supply and PWM was taken from the Arduino UNO. The prosthetic hand was provided with power and temperature sensors and encouraging results were recorded to increase the range of medical, industrial, and military applications for this hand. A step-down regulator was used in the robotic hand circuit to regulate voltages within 5v to ensure the operation of the sensors within the required limits and the contact voltage is not lost. The handwork with movement, grip, force, and temperature sensors has experimented practically and it was found that it works approximately without error.
