The constant publication of studies and clinical trials provides evidence of good quality that can be used by the clinician as a basis for medical decision making, even in a context of uncertainty and risk. The quality in radiotherapy education considering it as applying not only in college but across the clinical practice and clinical implementation with a global thinking is an ongoing challenge. The author concludes by posturing ways other discipline areas across the translational and clinical research have grown sufficiently complex that training should include and also have processes that allow them to find the best available evidence, critically evaluate the literature, and use the found evidence to make evidence-informed decisions in clinical practice in radiotherapy.
