Abstract
In recent days, the underwater wireless communication network has admired most of the interest to collect data regarding resources of the sea, disaster management, battlefield surveillance, etc. On a large scale under water communication sensors are kept in a sea bed for collecting and transmitting data from sensor nodes to the base station through a static sink or mobile sink. In this article, the improved hierarchical clustering is introduced based on swarm intelligence protocols to obtain the optimized solution for increasing the capacity and throughput of the network in computational methodology, when compared to the traditional methods. Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) based protocol will improve the efficiency of the network.
