Abstract

The objective of the work is to predict breast cancer with accuracy using Anisotropic Diffusion Algorithm (ADA) over Variational Partial Differential Equation Method (PDE). Anisotropic Diffusion Algorithm is applied on a health dataset. A framework for breast cancer disease prediction in the medical sector comparing the innovative method Anisotropic Diffusion Algorithm (N=10) over Variational PDE method (N=10) has been proposed and developed. The Variational PDE method classifiers produce 93% in predicting breast cancer disease on the data set whereas the Anisotropic Diffusion Algorithm (p=0.001) (p<0.05) predicts the same at the rate of 94%. The performance of Anisotropic Diffusion Algorithm significantly better than Variational PDE Method with comparison of both precision and accuracy.
