Abstract

The requirement for recording financial information in a company is essential to pay attention to so that it becomes one of the primary needs to ensure the continuity of the establishment of a company or the running of an activity. The process of recording financial statements manually and separately makes the bookkeeping of an activity not recorded systematically. Information provided from unsystematic financial bookkeeping will result in related activities not achieving maximum results. Based on this, one of the cases requiring bookkeeping integrated with the whole process is the new student's admissions (PMB) of Del Institute of Technology. Registration of new students online and offline is still done separately by the PMB committee and the stand guard. Offline registration, which is still manually inputted using a spreadsheet, has a high risk of errors in the input process. In contrast, online registration is recorded directly in the current system (spmbapp.del.ac.id). The implementation of Odoo in the new student's admission system can integrate every process in the new student's admissions activity. The process can be represented through the modules available in Odoo to use the same data source to minimize possible errors. This study uses a qualitative description method that describes the quality of the research object, characteristics, and relationships between objects. The results of this study are in the form of the Odoo website, which accommodates the configuration of the event, sales, accounting modules, and the website on the IT Del new student's admission payment system.
