Implementation model of the production process control system at a car service enterprise
The study considers a methodical approach to control of production processes for maintenance and repair of cars at technical service enterprises. The approach is based on considering the enterprise as a complex organizational or cybernetic system. For the main process implemented by this system, the number of control points during the shift, the size and degree of delay of control actions are determined. To simulate the system operation, a simulation model is used that takes into account the gradual increase in the error of performers and its elimination when applying the control action. Taking into account the established indicator and the efficiency criterion, the optimal number of control system elements is determined depending on the intensity of car arrival in the service zone. Models of the established patterns are obtained, which are described by single-factor regression equations. Models of patterns of influence of control system parameters on the relative throughput of the system are developed.Purpose – to improve the efficiency of management of automobile transport enterprises by establishing patterns of influence of the number of vehicles arriving in the technical service area on the parameters of the enterprise's production process control system.Methodology. The study uses the method of correlation-regression analysis, the methodology of experiment planning, simulation modeling, and system analysis.Results. Patterns of influence of the number of vehicles arriving in the technical service area on the number of control points during a shift, on the magnitude of the control action, and on the degree of delay in the implementation of the control action were established. Due to the different structure of the technical service of motor transport enterprises (MTE) small, medium, large capacity and volume of maintenance work and repair of vehicles, can provide the same competition conditions in the transport market. As follows, the main task when solving the question satisfaction of demand for maintenance services and repair of vehicles is the use of existing production facilities MTE АТP of different departments, that is, transformation of departmental production infrastructures into a regional structure is needed. Using the proposed method for specific conditions of motor transport enterprise (MTE) will allow based on the numerical value of performance evaluation criteria for maintenance and car repair determine the rational structure of it production and technical base (PTB). This is accordingly, will increase the enterprise efficiency, optimizes PTB and help to identify perspective directions the interaction of transport enterprises and centralized specialized productions for the maintenance and car repair. The article provides the determining method the expediency of creating or maintaining production units for maintenance and cars repair in motor transport enterprises. Object of study is the formation of the production units’ structure in the motor transport enterprises, depending on the volume of maintenance and repair works. The aim of the work is to increase the efficiency of motor transport enterprises by improving the production departments structure for maintenance and car repair. To achieve the goal in the framework of the work performed, the following research methods were used: analysis of processes and phenomena, hypothetical method, mathematical modeling of processes, mass observation, data statistical processing of the experimental research results. Terms creation of one or another unit for maintenance and cars repair in the enterprise is a minimum of reduced costs, in which the implementation of a specific type of work is economically appropriate at the specified enterprise. If it is inappropriateness of creation any of the subdivisions, the corresponding works are transmitted for implementation at the nearest ATP, stations of cars maintenance (SCM) or other enterprise where these services are performed. The method of efficiency estimation of production units for maintenance and cars repair in motor transport enterprises is developed, which allows to make calculations for ATP of different capacities.

The paper proposes a working hypothesis that, in order to ensure competitiveness in the market of transport services, the structure of production units of motor transport enterprises should be determined by the volume of maintenance works and repair of vehicles, taking into account the economic criteria for the cost of implementing the service unit. When determining the expediency of creating production units for maintenance and repair of automobiles in motor transport enterprises the cost of a 1-man-hour of work on maintenance and repair of vehicles was found out. It should be noted that the cost of maintenance and repair of vehicles depends not only on the volume of work, but also on the cost of technological equipment, the required area, the number of workers, qualifications, their wages and other factors. With the increase of volumes of works (and there was a lot of work) on maintenance and repair of cars, the cost price is gradually decreasing, which is associated with an increase in the load of personnel, process equipment and more rational use of production space. On the basis of the cost price of the 1 st man-hour, the minimum volumes of work are determined, in which it is expedient to perform specific types of maintenance and repair works and to create the appropriate production units in the motor transport enterprises. The minimum volumes of maintenance and repair of cars are established by comparing the cost of performing works in a motor transport company with the cost of performing these works at the car service enterprises (and it was in service centers). The cost of delivery of cars and repair fund in service centers is determined, which accounts for 1 man-hour of labor-intensive maintenance and repair work. On the basis of the estimated delivery cost, the economically feasible radius of maintenance and repair of cars was determined on the basis of co-operation in service centers. The hypothesis that, in order to ensure competitiveness in the market of transport services, the structure of production units of motor transport enterprises should be determined by the volume of maintenance works and vehicle repair, taking into account the economic criteria of the cost of the service unit, quite adequate.

Based on the analysis of the functioning of the production process of the enterprise and studying the experience of planning, regulation, evaluation, analysis of the quality of services for maintenance and repair of cars, the effectiveness and efficiency of the production process of enterprises, it is shown that for effective management of the quality of processes, a detailed study of all components of production processes and factors that they are influenced by interdependencies between them. The possibility of managing the quality of services for the maintenance and repair of vehicles and the efficiency of their production using neural network modeling, which can be based on the mathematical Markov model of the production process based on two-layer neural networks, makes it possible to simulate the relationship between service properties, characteristics and factors of the production process. It is shown that the process of car maintenance and repair can be represented as a set of end-to-end neural network control and forecasting models, such as a model for studying and forecasting the development of the service market; model of quality management and efficiency of energy resources, spare parts and materials for maintenance and repair; management model of the general technology of maintenance and repair of units and the like; A scheme for determining generalized indicators of the quality of maintenance and repair of vehicles has been developed. For example, one of the auto service enterprises considered the possibility of using neural network technology to assess the quality of services and the efficiency of the production process.

The use of model‐based methods to support planning, designing, and operating chemical processes and plants has recently gained an increased importance in the daily work of process engineers. The development of mathematical models through the use of standard flow sheet simulation tools requires the expertise of an experienced designer. Therefore, the value of existing models is not limited to the resources required for their development, but also includes value in the form of knowledge about an enterprise's products and production processes. The reuse of existing models and design experiences in order to lower the costs of model development is therefore economically desirable. This report gives an overview of the systematic long‐term management and use of mathematical models. Some motivating scenarios are used to derive the requirements for a model management system and to evaluate existing methods and tools. The results of these example scenarios are then used to guide the development of a model management system. After presenting a prototypical implementation the article concludes with an outlook on the future importance of model management systems.

The article describes a method of rational organization of maintenance and repair of light commercial vehicles of foreign production using specialized diagnostic tools with the diagnosis in cooperation with branded service stations (BSS). The main purpose of using technical diagnostics tools is to reduce the time losses that occur when sending vehicles for maintenance, and to reduce the cost of maintenance and repair of foreign-made trucks undergoing maintenance and repair at a motor transport company (MTC) and at branded service stations. A simulation model is used as a tool for assessing the economic efficiency of various options for cooperation between a motor transport enterprise and a branded service station when performing maintenance and repair of light commercial vehicles of foreign production. The objective function of the simulation model contains components that estimate the loss of profit from the downtime of vehicles in the maintenance and repair area and the cost of organizing maintenance at the enterprise in cooperation with the company’s service station. A comparative analysis of each variant of the organization of cooperation is carried out with and without taking into account the use of diagnostics. The currentness of the described methodology is explained by the fact that in the field of production of services for maintenance and repair of light commercial vehicles, fundamental changes have occurred, caused by a change in the form of ownership of both transport enterprises and maintenance and repair enterprises. In addition, the widespread use of foreign-made light trucks has led to the emergence of branded service stations that have licenses to service and repair foreign cars during the warranty period. This circumstance fundamentally changes the scheme of servicing these vehicles and increases the downtime of expensive foreign-made cars for organizational reasons.

The study's abstract summarizes the findings of years of research in the area of quality management of industrial production and construction production, which were based on mathematical modeling techniques, process, and outcomes of implementing the developed program of monitoring and quality control in the enterprise's production process. The objective of this work is to show to the scientific community the useful outcomes of mathematical modeling in software applications. Quality control and safety represent increasingly important concerns for project managers. Defects or failures in constructed facilities can result in very large costs. Even with minor defects, re-construction may be required and facility operations impaired. Increased costs and delays are the result. In the worst case, failures may cause personal injuries or fatalities. Accidents during the construction process can similarly result in personal injuries and large costs. Indirect costs of insurance, inspection and regulation are increasing rapidly due to these increased direct costs. Good project managers try to ensure that the job is done right the first time and that no major accidents occur on the project. The research focused on describing applicable mathematical models, viewpoints, and practical outcomes of their use in the applied sector to evaluate quality control. This mathematical model was applied by the authors. The outcomes of using this approach are presented in the article. By utilizing mathematical modeling techniques, the authors created an experimental software management and quality assessment system. The authors continue their study in this area to enhance prognostic and diagnostic processes based on mathematical modeling methodologies for diagnostic systems and quality management systems.. The independent quality control, which was based on some traditional inspection techniques and used mathematical modeling techniques, revealed a negligible partial discrepancy in the results of the estimation, proving both the efficacy of the product and the suitability of the mathematical modeling concept. Purpose. The article is aimed to improve the methods of car repair organization using the search of rational structures of flexible flows. Methodology. For operation analyses of the car repair flows the simulation modeling was used. The initial data for random value generation of cars repair duration are the statistical data. They were collected at the existing car repair enterprises. Findings. Obtained results show that at the same amount of modules the flexible repair flow is more efficient. Flexible flow increases the working capacity, improves the removal of cars from one module and reduces car detention time in repair. Originality. There were identified the mechanisms, which allow establishing links between the different structural variants of flexible flow and their operational performance. Concrete data that give a fresh look to the organization of car repair production were obtained. Practical value. These results can be used in designing the new perspective enterprises for car repair and also under reconstruction or expansion of existing enterprises in order to transfer them to the flexible flow. It is recommended to incorporate the obtained results and try to put them into production during designing and construction of new car enterprises.

The study discusses the formation of the economic potential of an enterprise (Bosch company), as exemplified by service enterprises involved in the repair and maintenance of vehicles. The relevance of research in this area is determined by the large number of operating Bosch service companies engaged in servicing vehicles and the breadth of their services, which largely determines the firm's policy and forms its economic potential. The identification of criteria for assessing the formation of the economic potential of the enterprise, it is important to determine the economic patterns of development of enterprises operating in automobile service, contributes to a better understanding of the patterns that affect the development of enterprises in the automotive sector at large. Furthermore, the economic potential of the enterprise is formed as a joint result of its economic and business activities, and the presence of an extensive network of Bosch service enterprises significantly expands the possibilities for conducting such activities. Thus, there is a direct correlation between the number of Bosch automobile service enterprises, the services rendered by them in repair and maintenance of motor vehicles, the quality of work of such service enterprises and the formation of the economic potential of Bosch at large. The results of this study can be of significant practical importance for functioning and newly created enterprises in automobile transport service maintenance, in the aspect of identifying and stating fundamental principles that influence the formation of their economic potential and improve the quality of their work in general.

In recent years, with the rapid growth of China’s automobile ownership, the profit proportion of automobile aftermarket in the automobile industry is increasing day by day, and the automobile service industry is gradually growing in the development of China’s national economy. The current automobile maintenance management software is not good and bad, most of these management software in order to meet the common possible user needs and lead to the same software function, lack of consideration for the management system of small and medium-sized enterprises, and there are certain defects in generality. At the recent 2020 China Automobile Supply Chain Conference, Wu Wei, director of the Machinery Department of the Industrial Development Department of the national development and Reform Commission, said that the production and sales volume of the automobile market had achieved a year-on-year growth for six consecutive months. If this momentum can continue in the fourth quarter, the total production and sales volume by the end of this year is expected to be close to the level of last year. Automobile fast repair refers to the activities of automobile maintenance and minor repair, but not vehicle repair, automobile assembly repair and secondary maintenance. The service scope is locked in 120 fast repair and maintenance items that can be completed within 2 hours. At present, the total number of motor vehicles in our country is huge, and the number of maintenance enterprises can not meet the demand of maintenance, so the potential of automobile fast repair market is unlimited. As the main business of fast repair industry, automobile fast repair is paid more and more attention by people. The application of digital management mode and maintenance cases creates good conditions for the development of fast repair enterprises, and makes it possible for fast repair enterprises to adopt reasonable maintenance methods. This paper focuses on the chaos in maintenance management, On the basis of the research and analysis of automobile maintenance management system and digital management concept, taking customer demand as the starting point, this paper designs a digital automobile maintenance auxiliary system specially for automobile fast repair enterprises to assist managers in maintenance management, so as to achieve the purpose of standardized management business “fast and reasonable” maintenance, and improve customer satisfaction.

The aim of the article is to propose the main characteristics of the new generation of breakthrough technologies in the system of maintenance and repair of vehicles and to generalize the description of the controlled processes occurring in vehicle systems. The use of structural synthesis has allowed us to offer the basic characteristics of breakthrough technologies of a new generation in the system of maintenance and repair of vehicles. The technologies of the new generation are characterized by the optimal one due to the main features (or properties), vehicle features and maintenance system. To create innovative technologies of a new generation, it is necessary to provide unconventional support (a highly qualified level of personnel, a progressive level of a technical system, a technological level of the environment) and use complex systems of diagnostics, control and equipment management for maintenance and repair of automobiles. An integrated approach allows the use of non-traditional technical and economic indicators (total cost of expenses for all objects of the hierarchy level of the macrosystem, the cost of the life cycle of units, nodes, the cost of the costs of material, energy and information activities). Changing the technical condition and monitoring the performance of vehicles can be represented in the form of a system at the input of which there are vector functions: operating conditions, management of the maintenance and repair system, internal communications of the control system. As a result of modeling changes in the technical condition, a state function is obtained that gives a generalized description of the controlled processes in vehicle systems. The state function of motor vehicle aggregates may include deterministic (clear and unambiguous) and random components.

Introduction. The research is devoted to the problem of multipurpose management of innovation and investment development of the enterprise resource potential in the context of economic security and competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises under conditions of uncertainty and conflict of internal and external market environment. At the same time, the dynamic, unterminated nature of the modern market economic environment requires a reasonable justification of multipurpose innovation and investment managerial decisions from the management of a modern enterprise regarding the rational use of resource potential and its competitive development, taking into account the risk protection based on economic and mathematical modeling of the enterprise performance key indicators. The purpose of the research is to improve the theoretical and applied methodological approaches to increase the efficiency of management of the enterprise resource potential innovation and investment development from the position of economic security and competitiveness of an enterprise on the basis of the multipurpose management decisions theory. Methodology. It has been established that the multipurpose economic and mathematical modeling of the enterprise production and economic activity state of its resource potential in the context of the innovation and investment development adaptive management flexibility level assessment from the position of economic security and competitiveness should be based on the methodology of game theory, where the solution of such problems should be reduced to finding the optimal solution according to a certain way defined by one integrated criterion. Results. It is proposed to apply an integral effective indicator of the enterprise resource potential use efficiency level criterion assessment for the justification of managerial decisions in the context of innovation and investment development from the position of economic security and competitiveness, which is calculated on the basis of the key indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the enterprise resource potential use as well as the indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the enterprise production and economic processes innovation level, taking into account the aspects of scientific and technical progress intensification. On the example of industrial and economic activity of iron ore enterprise it is considered the implementation of the proposed methodological recommendations for assessing the level of flexible adaptive management of the enterprise resource potential innovation and investment development from the position of economic security and competitiveness. Summarizing the results of the research it is established that the applying of indicators to estimate the effectiveness of the level of the enterprise innovation of production and economic processes taking into account the aspects of scientific and technological progress intensification allows the management of an enterprise to assess timely the need and opportunities for investing in the innovative development of resource and production potential in order to ensure competitiveness and risk protection of the enterprise.

The study describes the use of evolutionary methods or genetic algorithms for the technological design of newly constructed or modernized car service stations. Genetic algorithms are one of the types of machine learning models and are actively used to solve multifactor optimization problems. A task of this type is to search for the technical parameters of a car service enterprise under which the economic indicators of its activities will correspond to the profit or capital cost restrictions set by the user. The paper presents the parameters of the developed model, fitness functions, and also provides an assessment of the effectiveness of using the method of genetic algorithms relative to the method of simply enumerating different options for combinations of initial factors. Purpose. Increasing the efficiency of management of road transport enterprises by using the method of genetic algorithms for strategic planning tasks. Methodology. The research uses the method of genetic algorithms to solve a multi-criteria reverse optimization problem in the technological design of a car service station Results. The use of the method of genetic algorithms for the design of service stations and enterprises for the maintenance and repair of vehicles is justified, taking into account the restrictions or targets established at the beginning of the design. Practical implications. The results of the research can be used by the management of enterprises for the maintenance and repair of vehicles in their technological design, strategic planning of activities and modernization.
