Abstract
In patients with severe aortic stenosis who are going to undergo transcatheter transapical prosthesis implantation and who present significant coronary artery disease of the anterior descending artery unsuitable for percutaneous treatment, the combination of transapical aortic valve implantation and minimally invasive surgical myocardial revascularization by means of left anterolateral thoracotomy is a safe option. We present a case performed in our center.
