EKSPERIMENTALNI RAD

Polimerni prah poli (vinil butiral), PVB, (Mowital B60H, Kuraray Specialities Europe) i apsolutni etanol (Zorka Pharma, Šabac) su korišćeni za pripremu rastvora PVB-a. Jedna Kolon lamina je sadržala 95 mas.% aramidnih vlakana i 5 mas.% poliuretana. Masa jedne Kolon lamine je bila 4,5 g i za impregnisanje se koristio 10 mas.% rastvor PVB-a u etanolu. Rastvor se mešao 10 minuta na magnetnoj mešalici zbog hidrolize AMEO silana. Maseni udeo ojačanja SiO2/PVB je bio 10 mas.% dok su maseni udeli WS2/PVB i MWCNT/PVB u oba slučaja bili 1 mas.%. Br. 4 - Kolon lamina impregnisana rastvorom AMEO silana i 10 mas.% SiO2/PVB rastvorom (Kolon/AMEO/PVB/10 mas.% SiO2).
