Abstract

This study seeks to determine the impact of leadership style, motivation, and training on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Province Office of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. This study's demographic consisted of 204 employees from the Office of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of South Sulawesi Province. Sixty-seven individuals were used as samples, as determined by the Slovin formula. The data source is primary data obtained from respondents' responses to questionnaires. The data analysis procedure will include descriptive statistical analysis, tests of validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, linearity, and testing of hypotheses via multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and f-test. The study's results indicate that leadership style has little effect on employee performance. Employee performance is positively and insignificantly affected by motivation. Training has a significant and positive impact on employee performance. Simultaneously, a significant level of 5% indicates that leadership style, inspiration, and training positively and significantly affect employee performance at the Marine and Fisheries Service Office of South Sulawesi Province.
