Abstract
This article details the methods and procedures used in the author’s diagnostic immunohistochemistry laboratory. Included are methods for handling paraffin sections, cryostat sections, and air-dried blood and bone marrow smears. Sources of reagents used in the author’s laboratory are also provided.
