Abstract
O-Acetylserine sulfhydrylase (OASS) is immobilized directly from CFE containing His-tagged OASS with magnetic nanoparticles Ni-NTA-MNPsviaaffinity attachment. The immobilized enzyme shows full free-enzyme activity and excellent recyclability and produces 1080 mM β-pyrazol-1-yl-alanine in 20 reaction cycles.
