Abstract

Plain x-rays are the least sensitive and only demonstrated gross changes. Our experience with MRI is limited and there is little information available in the literature. Increased signal intensity is usually present in the marrow of the superior pubic ramus. This, however, is a non-specific finding and the erosive changes as seen on CT were usually not visible. Interestingly there was usually no alteration in signal in the adjacent tendons and muscles.
